Use:

Unless a cosmetologist recommends otherwise, we suggest using the cream systematically twice a day (morning and evening) and after each hand washing. Gently massage the cream into the washed and dried skin of your hands in circular motions. The preparation is especially recommended for protection of sensitive and demanding hand skin exposed to intense action of negative factors of the external environment.
