Use:

Unless a cosmetologist recommends otherwise, we suggest using the balm systematically in the morning and evening after bathing. Gently massage the product into the washed and dried skin of the body in circular motions, starting from the ankles and moving towards the waist, then from the wrists towards the shoulders.
