Use:

Unless a cosmetologist recommends otherwise, we suggest systematic use of the concentrate in the morning and/or evening after bathing. Gently massage the product into the skin of the body in circular motions, starting from the ankles and moving towards the waist, then from the wrists towards the shoulders.
