SHIKIMIC ACID 30% PEEL FORMULA – exfoliation treatment
Shikimic acid is an organic chemical compound belonging to the AHA group (alpha hydroxy acids). It is obtained from star anise (Shikimi) – hence its name. It has a very wide spectrum of action.
As an effective antioxidant, it protects the skin from aging, has a depigmenting effect and significantly increases the level of moisturization. Ideal for the care of acne-prone skin. Shikimic acid stands out from other acids because it is very well tolerated even by very sensitive skin. It exfoliates perfectly without causing irritation.
After an exfoliation treatment with shikimic acid, the skin regains even tone whereas the visibility of discolorations is reduced.
Thanks to improved moisturization, wrinkles are significantly smoothed. Additionally, sebum secretion is reduced.
Why Choose a Facial Exfoliating Treatment?
Following an exfoliating treatment using shikimic acid, the skin regains an even tone and reduces the visibility of pigmentation. Improved hydration visibly smooths wrinkles, and there is also a decrease in sebum production.
