The innovative Dr Irena Eris Signature Massage is available in two variants tailored to the individual needs of the skin: as Dr Irena Eris Complete Relaxing Massage, or as Dr Irena Eris Shaping and Lifting Massage.*
It consists of five consecutive steps:
- Aromatherapy and relaxation of the neck, nape, and shoulder area
- Stimulating massage and drainage of the eye area
- Gentle rubbing and drainage of the face, neck, and décolleté

Dr Irena Eris Complete Relaxing Massage
Dr Irena Eris Signature Massage combines classic massage techniques with elements of lymphatic drainage and the stimulation of energy points. It is additionally complemented by essential oils that engage the senses.
It consists of five consecutive steps:
- Aromatherapy and relaxation of the neck, nape, and shoulder area
- Stimulating massage and drainage of the eye area

Dr Irena Eris Shaping and Lifting Massage*
It is a combination of different classic massage techniques, including such more intense elements as rubbing, kneading, and lymphatic drainage, i.e. special compression massage designed to stimulate lymph circulation. It also incorporates techniques that effectively redefine the oval of the face. The massage may feel more intense for the client, but the technique has been designed to provide relaxation as well. Movements of practitioners’ hands are carried out in such a way as to provide a deeper and more effective treatment of the skin tissues and promote the penetration of the substances contained in cosmetic products into the skin.
The massage consists of the following components:
- aromatherapy with relaxing elements
- intense massage based on shaping and lifting movements, focusing on specific muscles of the face, neck, and décolleté

Dr Irena Eris Signature Massage with a Skincare Treatment – Shaping and Lifting Massage II V-CONTOUR UP
